First Colony BJJ runs the standard format BJJ class starting with contextual warmups, followed by focused technique training, and concluding with sparring (rolling). All students are welcome to all classes.

Adult membership fees are $150/month.
First Colony BJJ offers Monday & Thursday night classes for both of our Jr & Sr Kids Programs. Classes are an hour long and follow the same structure as adult classes with warmups, techniques, and light optional sparring with a mix of contextual and self-defense related games.

Youth membership fees are $125/month.
Gi classes require the standard BJJ uniform - gi & belt (example).
No-gi classes require shorts (no pockets or zippers) with spats, and a rashguard/T-Shirt (example).
